All patterns available on this website are digital products (delivered in PDF, PNG, or SVG formats). By purchasing, you are buying an electronic file (digital stitching map) and not a physical embroidery kit (no physical threads, needles, or canvas will be shipped).

2. Immediate Delivery

Upon successful payment, a download link for your files will be automatically sent to the email address you provided during checkout. You can also download your purchased files directly from the order confirmation page or through your personal account dashboard.

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products (as access to and download of the files is immediate), all sales are final. Refunds or order cancellations cannot be issued once the purchase is complete. Please carefully review the pattern description, dimensions, and color specifications before purchasing.
