Terms of Service for Digital Products (Nima Studio)

1. Nature of Product: All products on this website are digital patterns (PDF/XSD/OXS formats). No physical items will be shipped.
2. Immediate Delivery: After a successful payment, you will receive a download link via email and on the order confirmation page.
3. No Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds cannot be issued once the file has been accessed or downloaded.
4. Personal Use Only: Patterns are for individual use only. Copying, reselling, or redistributing these files in any form is strictly prohibited.
